32 hours until my flight. wow, i still have a lot to do.

so, i finally talked with boss man #1, and he was very supportive of my decision. even though it is a bummer work is so slow, it's convenient when justifying a two month bicycle adventure. i think my boss is pretty jealous of the trip. in the past few days, we've had several discussions about my plan and he's full of logistical and technical questions. typical engineers...

six days until my flight, and a whole bunch of loose ends to tie up. that's ok. only one critical item is missing, and hopefully it arrives tomorrow.

this is actually going to happen. wow.

yesterday, i talked with boss man #2 about my bicycle trip plan. it went slightly better than expected, but i still need to have the discussion with the owner. i'm not sure that will go quite as smoothly, but who knows...

either way, 12 days until my flight, 51 days until the texas70.3, ~78 days until i hit the pacific ocean, and 114 days until IMCDA. whew.
